Hello friends,

My Continental is riding very high, evenly on all wheels (there is a big gap between the wheels and the fenders. It looks like an SUV ! ). I changed the level sensors in the back but the situation did not change. There is no check-engine light warning. The air springs in the back were changed about 1-1/2 years ago, but I am not sure if the problem started then. Sometimes when I close the trunk I hear a click and the car goes down, but other times it remains high.

Thank you.

The ride height needs to be calibrated. Need to use an ABS scan tool. Ford uses a New Generation Star Tester Model 007-00500.

I was at Ford yesterday and talked with my service manager friend.

He said 'in the old days we walked around the car openning and closing all the doors with the car running to set ride height.'
