I have a 200 lincoln ls it drives great. i love this car. this morning as i was driving to work my brake light and my anti skid light, and my abs light and my airbag light all went on at the same time and they won't turn off. the car is still running great . does anyone know what going on with my car?

I had the same issue a few years ago. your alternator or battery is shot. When you get low voltage, all the sensors start triggering.

alternator about to go completely belly up. Low or erratic voltage is whats triggering those lights..

Speaking for a V8: yes, you can do it yourself, and no, its not fun laying on the cold concrete on your back lifting and pushing upwards, reaching that top connector in confined space.

Pep Boys charges about $85 labor to R&R. And I strongly suggest a new motorcraft..not a cheap Palladium or other rebuilt at Advance/Autozone.

My dash lights always go on and stay on only when it is cold during the winter. They will go off after awhile but reappear if the car is cold the next time I get it in.
