Hi all.. lost power to subs and deck and car shut off.. i am running two batterys i pulled over and tried to restart and it dosent crank at all.. power locks and interior lights still work and capacitor is reading normal just added both brand new batterys also has a new starter and alternator.. When i turn the key in ignition i have NO Dash lights at all not oil, abs, brakes battery nothing and dosent click when i crank.. ive checked fuses and am going to check relays.. windows are stuck down and alarm still goes off if i open through window after locking i can only shut alarm off by turning key in door.. im so confused does anybody have any ideas ? anything helps right now as both passenger and driver side windows are stuck down and it wont even turn the ignition..

are you sure that you do not have a blown fuse? you have checked all three fuse boxes and the major inline fuse up front?
if you are certain then i would test to make sure you have voltage at all the fuse boxes.
symptoms of power somewhere and not other places are usually a fuse or sometimes a loose connection...

Hmm, Gen 1, new alternator, two batteries, all just added. Sounds like the problem right here. Look up on this board the discussions on the Gen 1 charging system. I'm going to assume that you stuck in an aftermarket alternator with enough juice to run your stereo system, when the Gen 1 uses a NON-STANDARD control scheme to control the charging system.
