Hi guys,

Im trying to fix my Turn Signal Switch since mine is stuck, I mean everything works fine but the indicator got stuck. I have to push it hard and then I doesnt come back automatically as normal.

The thing is and ready to buy a new one from RockAuto but I found two types of Switch. One with the Moisture Sensitive Wipers and the other without it.

What the difference and which one should I buy?

Thank you in advance!

If you have the moisture-sensing wipers, buy that one; if not, get the other.

All 02s should have rain sensing wipers. Of course, if you don't like that feature you can get the other switch and unplug the rain sensor.

Umm interesting, now I don't know because mine has never done that feature. How do I know if mine use that one?

What does it say you your existing turn signal lever? Does it say anything about auto? If so, that is the rain sensing one.
Is there a small box on the windshield in front of the rear view mirror? If so, that is the rain sensor. If you turn the key on and the wiper control to auto, you should be able to see an orange light if you look at the front of the windshield from outside.

If you are still unsure, take some pictures and post them.

Did not know this and confirmed, thank you!

Ok you guys are rock! Mine has the sensor. The indicator says “auto” and I confirmed it with the Manual.

It's great how everyday I discover new features in this car even when most of then do not works.

Thank you!!!

you should read the rest of that manual, then you would know all the secretes this car has to offer

Like the "seat belt not clicked" warning chime delete ?

Yup!

Owners manual

Got my owners manual. Cold winters night. 30 pack cold beverages. What an education! Might be able to make an informed decision on my investment!
