2002 Navigator thinks it's being stolen.

Some how my 02 Navi has decided my two keys don't work anymore or the fob or the door pad to turn off the anti theft. I turn the key and it will turn over but not start. I have a flashing theft light that after a min or so flashes once then six times. Is it a trouble code? If so what for?

Turns out ... for others that may be looking for an answer that it was the PCM.
