So, I just bought a 2005 Lincoln LS, and after driving it off the lot, I realized that the air coming out only comes out hot. A/C, non AC, floor, vent, defrost, everything, off or a billion degrees, any ideas? Probably something simple, but I have no idea.

Another weird thing about this car is that the blower motor takes its time turning on, sometimes up to five minutes.....UNLESS I turn on the lights and pull the switch for the fog lights!!!! I am gonna jump out of a limb and say this isn't normal.

So, this is a common problem. You could have searched the site or even read the stickies, and you'd have your solution already.
It's almost certainly your DCCV. It needs to be replaced, and only use Motorcraft or Bosch. The aftermarket ones don't last long and tend to blast you with hot and cold air when you just want warm.

Yes, that does seem to be a first. Check your grounds and wiring.

I did, and thats what I was thinking, but most of the threads i checked were for only cold air coming out, I hadn’t seen any for only hot

You missed most of them then. The most common DCCV failure is heat all the time, that's because heat is its default (unpowered) position.
Sometimes, they do get clogged or stuck closed (resulting in cold air only), but that is pretty rare. Most complaints of no heat are due to air in the cooling system from failing plastic parts.
