tell me about it, a friend of mine has mean backed out marauder with a whipple, and its a pure monster, such a damn good ride, you could cruise all day, and a real hot rod when you wanted it to be!nothing on the road comes close to the marauder execpt the mark viii its a shame we dont have it anymore
Mark viii? And you're complaining about ls reliability?
ha ha, mark are supposed to have a high number of things to repair, the last mark rolled of the line long before the first LS did. i would take air ride problems over coil problem any day, those only need to be replaced once

Ford need to get off their @sses, they have always had a real hot rod for Lincoln, just like the VII's where stretched fox body's, and the VIII's almost had a cobra motor. the LS is the first time the Thunderbird was actually an equal between the two in a while. and lets face it, throwing an ecoboost into the biggest car is better than nothing, but its not good enough. caddy's got the right ideal, take one of your best motors and put it in you smallest and lightest cars.Ford needs to go back to the old days and steal sh!t from the mustang. hell at a minimum put the 300hp V6 in the MKZ because at least it has a aftermarket, then for my fellow members of the "dont F#%k around" club, put the new 5.0 and make them both right wheel drive and you would have the perfect Ford car. hell i would even settle for a RWD Ecoboost version, the two V6's would also make a Pretty bad @ss Fusion.
yea after i replaced two bags, this is the option i went for when the compressor died later(mostly because i new it would be an easier way to give it a slight drop with a trim of the spring), If i ever have the choice to do it again, manipulating the air ride is the only way to go.the air ride is actually pretty easy to work on. and you can swap for springs i guess, but i don't like the thought of that.
178,000 and running strong. and i guess just my example doesn't count for much, but i guess just his one example wouldn't count for much either.
won some, lose some. some cars are just more reliable than others..
roflnow go outdo your ls story with your cts...and drive it down a mineshaft
