i have a 2006 lincoln navigator, my driver and pass side heat/cooled seats stop working. when i hit these buttons the light will come on for 1 sec then go out, this happens on both seats any help with this? dupd120@yahoo.com

im having the same issue with my seats in my LS. keep me posted when yu discover a fix. thx

most likely fuse 118 in your main junction box. if not that, you have a circuitry issue or bad module. Start with the fuse though.
I have the same problem with my navi 2006 and i just spoke to Ford Corporate today to schedule a Third Opinion from another Dealership here in my area. It's not just the fuse or the module that is bad it could be something on both seats that's causing this issue. So we will find out tomorrow what the deal is, my concern is if i keep on replacing the fuse it could damage more equipments later on or even worst caught fire!!!
