20s rim problem

i also dont have centric rings for my rims... how would i go about getting some?and also i need some help on intalling the coil springs boosters.. i bought the hard rubber ones.. i jacked up the car but it seems the coils dont spread that much for me to put them in there any help?

They couldn't get hub centric rings to fit my wheels, so right now I'm riding without them. Sometimes there is a lot of vibration in the steering wheel, othertimes, none. I really need to get some made.
