4nd throttle position sensor in 2 weeks

u guys have any ideas y the sensor keep failing
1. on was from advance auto
2. found on around my buddys shop
3. came from dealer
4.came from dealer

i dont understand it at all how they r going bad so first
u guys have any idea of things that it could be cuz im all out of them

Why are you so certain that the TPS is failing? It's highly unlikely that four of the same part fail in two weeks.

Maybe it's a bad coil sending a false reading?

when i scan it i get throttle position sensor and all my coils are brand new they only have 2k on them

Please post the exact code. There are no codes that absolutely say the throttle position sensor is bad, just some that say it might be. It seems likely that in your case some other sensor or issue is actually at fault.

For example, certain MAF sensor faults can trigger a code for the throttle position sensor.

Post the exact OBD-II code numbers and we can help.

Notice the second two possibilities:
Poor continuity through the TP sensor connectors.
Poor continuity through the TP harness.

This could easily be a problem with the connector, since four sensors are involved.

It could be the PCM or a bad wire, but it is almost certainly that the connector at the TPS is bad.
