I sold my LS last year and no longer have a need for these. Purchased 2 years ago when the LS was stumbling on acceleration. Lincoln ended up replacing my failed coil packs under their 100k "coil pack extended warranty" program, so I ended up not needing them at that time.

I did a quick search on Napa Auto and it appears that they will work, but I'll ask that you confirm this independently so that you're comfortable in pulling the trigger here.

Another search on e-Bay yields similar results, showing the same coil packs used from 2000-2006 on all 3.9L V8's including the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-Type:

It also looks like I'm giving these away, as they're asking $212 in this particular auction. That said, the price of $40 for the box of 8 is still fine with me. The LS was good to me, and they'll go to good use with a forum member, be it you or someone else.

One note of clarification: the price is $40 for all 8, and you pay the shipping. Also the picture I included is of the exact type of coil, but my individual boxes are white with "AIP" on the top, not the fancy ones you see in this stock image.
