Help, please, got electrical probs.
Fuel pump not running and not getting enough power (tests at 6volts), while plugs are sparking.
Pump runs if given direct 12v, but then sparking halts.
Inertia switch tests ok.
If ignition is left in ON (without starting) the Constant Control Relay Module's relays switch back and forth rapidly, have no idea why?
Replaced the constant control relay (also know as the engine control relay) and still having the same problems. The problem must be downstream of this module, any ideas of what it could be?

The problem may be less complicated than tha. Have you checked you're distributor? Also check the alternator. Are you getting any chimes on the dash?? like Charge System? May want to check the starter and battery to.

Charge system checks ok and the distributor is firing, will check that alternator as well. Car cranks but doesn't fire cause its not getting fuel.

OK TRY THIS FOR GRINS AND GIGGLES.unplug the radiator cooling fan and try it.the pigtail starts to short out and go bad drawing way to much power from the system,a 93 conti guy from another forum had exact same symptoms and this was the answer he found.if it starts ok unplugged replace the pigtail harness.

Theres some food for thought. Good to know this. If I ever get this problem now I know what to look for.

100% right aristo1963, found a short. the short was right where the fan's pigtail is clostest to ground. bypassed the contector and everthing is working normal.

THANKS A MILLION
