I have several problems on this vehicle that i just recently bought, but first things comes first.

The Radio never turn on, so i went ahead and pulled it out and it wasn't hooked up and the wiring harness is cut off, and there no where on the net that i've have seen the tell you the wiring diagram.. I would really love to know how i can get that.

I got the radio to turn on and I tryed hooked up the speakers but no sound from any of the speakers, never in my life i ever ran into a problem like this, i'm thinking maybe theres a stock amplifirer that needs to be powered up.

Please i'm really desperate on listening to some radio on my Lincoln..

I greatly Appreciate anyone who give any ideas..

Stock amp is under the package tray in the trunk. There are a lot of people parting out these cars, a 93-94 harness would work just fine and it should not cost much. As far as the other problem, what kind of sound? Have you checked your PS fluid? Does it happen when turning the wheel when parked?

Wheres the package tray? Is it when you stick your head in and look up where the light is?

Package tray is under the rear deck lid. Open the trunk, make like a monkey by turning upside down, and you should be able to see it. It sits between the trunk hinges.

As far as for your noise. What kind of a sound does it make?

A Popping Sound?
A crunching sound?
A whirring sound?
A piano sound? - ok, I doubt this one.

Does the noise happen when you turn the steering wheel either way, or just one particular direction?

If the noise is created when the car is parked, my best suggestion is have someone turn the steering wheels as you listen from the outside

Wee need more info if we are to try and help sir..

check and see whose under it....I am sorry!! I couldn't resist. good luck I'm sure frogman will get cha hooked up.

Yea it Does the noice either way I turn it, i'm starting to believe its a power steering problem, but I don't understand how if it has power steering fluid in it

Like a few ppl have said, the more discriptive you can be about the sound the steering makes the easier it may be to figure out what the problem could be.

As for the radio, is it the factory unit that is in the car, or is it an aftermarket radio. Also, does the car have the JBL system in it?

someone told me it was the struts but i'm not sure i mean when i turn the wheel, weather i'm driving or not it makes a very squeeky noise, i thought it was the power steering.

Now i ran into another problem, i changed the brakes and i put fluid in it and its just pouring out when I pump the brake pedal, below of the area where you put the fluid in.

The radio problem:
Yes it does have the jbl speaker and i'm trying to install and aftermarket radio, it powers up but no sound..

The factory plug has been cut out.

The factory amp does need to be powered up by a remote wire, but the problem is is most aftermarket radios are too high powered and can cause problems with the factory amps. That is why they make jumpers for the factory amps. The other thing is there is 8 speakers in the system with the JBL, you have 4 midrange woofers, and 4 tweeters. They will not operate properly without the factory amp. The factory amp has the crossover built into it, so the factory amp has to be used to power those speakers. Here is a list of what wires do what in conjunction with the connectors.....

Black Connector

Dark Blue - Radio ON signal (remote turn on for factory amp)
Orange with Yellow Stripe - Radio ON output (power antenna turn on wire)
Black with Light Green Stripe - Ground (for CD changer if so installed)
Black with White Stripe - Panel Illumination
White with Purple Stripe - Ignition (hot in start or acc)
Black - Ground
Light Green with Purple Stripe - Battery

Gray Connector

Pink with White Stripe - CD output (if so equipped)
Light Blue - Right Rear Signal (-)
Purple with White Stripe - Right Rear Signal (+)
Brown - Right Front Signal (-)
White with Red Stripe - Right Front Signal (+)
Orange with Light Blue Stripe - Radio ON Input (for CD changer)
Orange with Black Stripe - Right Channel Signal (- for CD changer)
Gray - Right Channel Signal (+ for CD changer)
Light Blue with Red Stripe - Radio redundant Control (for CD changer)
Yellow - Left Rear Signal (-)
Light Blue with Black Stripe - Left Rear Signal (+)
White with Orange Stripe - Left Front Signal (-)
Light Green - Left Front Signal (+)
Light Green with Red Stripe - Left Channel Signal (- for CD changer)
Pink - Left Channel Signal (+ for CD changer)

Hope this helps.....

I really thank you for the wiring diagram...

I went out to hook up the radio and i got it to power up but i just hooked up one speaker to see if it would work but still no sound, i even hooked up the wire for the stock amp to the ignition wire and still nothin...

Does all the speakers need to be hooked up for it to work?
could the stock amp be blown?

Hey never I got it working...
Thanks Alot
Greatly Appreciated!

But i would love to know about that sound thats coming out of the car when i turn the wheel.

More description above on the Reply i wrote Before.
