96 mark is missing like crazy!

third cat was plugged,a y pipe took care of that and the resonator.distributor had moisture in it ,replaced both. still misses but do have more power then when it started to run sh@#$y. replacing plugs tomorrow Any suggestions?

distributor? say what? mark VIIIs are DIS.

gap plugs to .054
replace wires if they have high mileage.
check for vacuum leaks.
verify your IMRCs are working.

Similar situation in my Continental with the 4.6. Changed the cat out, and changed plugs, but still misfiring. I'm gonna try coils and boots tomorrow and see where that gets me. Stay tuned!

Never got to check plugs or anything I blew a brake line on my way to work almost rearended an elantra ,starting to think this thing is cursed

maybe your maf? mine had real bad miss but it was above 3000rpm because of that

Haven't tried anything yet bet ill try the maf. brake line will be done tomorrow. Hopefully can get it done and back on the road this weekend. I've only had it a month and its been down for two weeks
