97 LSC Europe - long project!

First of all I wanted to say hi to all!!

Became the owner of my dream car... Lincoln Mark VIII LSC 1997!
Bought in England and brought to Poland few days ago.
Car is in running condition but it requires a lot of work. Interior is poor condition

Plan is:
- new paint
- complete interior restoration
- purchase of parts that are damaged and destroyed

I hope to find all the information and help from your side:V

She looks great. What are those things on the rear neon? Reflectors? IS it a requirement over there?

By the way, you have one very rare color there buddy. Not many left in that color. More than likely you have the only Mark in that color in Europe!

This is the most beautiful part of Mark VIII!
I prefer to pay a ticket but neon gone be oryginal

Right on the Mark:

Car is repainted. Oryginal was Silver Frost.

Right now I working on interior. Complet interior is removed.
All parts will be cleaned and restored.
For now everythink is going ok except this:


Do You know what is this?
I dont know the name off this red part. Part number will be grate.
For me only way to buy is ebay ( God Bless ebay )

Door trime are removed.
Only back glass stay in place...

Mariusz you are definitely doing it right! You never post pictures on facebook so I had no idea your Mark was looking like this. What is wrong with your current mirrors?

All mounting screws are broken in both mirrors.

I chack ebay. They got couple for sale. I see lot of passanger side... but no driver side

Work going forward with my LSC project

Color BMW "frozen grey"... fresh paint.
After drying should be slightly matte, satin...

I like that specific color, and I think that silver looks great in satin. I always worry about upkeep in matte/satin finishes.

Lots of colors end up looking like primer instead of satin, even if executed well, but not that color!
