I refunded a couple when I worked at Autozone, but every time I hear of someone trying to talk to Bosch - nothin.

You mean you don't work there anymore ... Damn Autozone lost it's only person who'd I'd trust or might have known what they were doing behind the counter....

I heard good things about NGK Iridium and they even add 2 to 3 hp over your factory plug type

NGK's TR55's for stock Mark VIII's, either the cheap coppers or if you don't want to change plugs every year the iridiums.
