98 Conti Booster swap info

Need help!!!

I will have the part in-hand tommorrow. Possibly a link to a tech article or personal experience on this replacement would be great!

I need a "dont do this!!!!" Kinda thing.

I read a Chiltons and the pic of the part was totaly different from what i have.

Help / Guidance apprecciated.

I have the lincoln service manual on CD for a 1998 Conti...but, I don't know what you mean by booster, brake booster?

Yes sir, apparently hydro-boost. their-in lies my issue.

From what i understand 88 and 89 both had them.

It's the big massive unit. Real pitb

Yes, brake booster apparently hydraulic........

It was the accumulator. From what i understand they go every couple few years on this model 88' 89'.

Fixed it btw
