The WAP blocks are good... they aren't quite as strong as the Teksid but VT Engines when they were still around had a 1000+hp WAP block motor, plus they are a bit lighter than Teksid blocks. And yes, 90% of the 99 Cobra motors were still Teksid. The 99 C heads and Teksid block are worth close to $1000 bucks just by themselves.
