ABS sticking ???

For a month or so, it seems that the ABS braking system is constantly activated. The brakes are pulsing with every stop.

My mechanic said the pads are fine, and he's seen the Deville ABS stick before.

What can be done???

like a brake pulsation?? does the abs lamp activate?? did the mechanic check parallelism?? common for lining transfer to occur..
