Air Bag Warning Light -Repair not Working !!

I have a code #36 Air Bag Warning. After reading all the threads regarding this issue, I have performed the following attempts at fixing the problem:

1. Replaced the Clockspring, and, 2. Checked under both seats for broken wire

== I still have the Warning Light == !!!!!

Anyone have other suggestions to fix this problem ??? Help !!!

i know the srs system is a little complicated, there must still be an issue somewhere, are you positive the yellow connectors are good? i have a good clock spring and my wires are good too and i still have the light, it doesnt bother me anymore:)
 
is the SRS light flashing?

it usually does a code when you first start - like 32 is flash-flash-flash-pause-flash-flash.

B1992 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Battery or Ignition
B1994 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance
B1995 36 22 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance Low

so - in a nutshell - not overly helpful - but it's sensing a short or an open wire in the driver's side airbag loop. Which is usually the fraid clockspring or the weight sensor in the driver's seat.

since you replaced the clockspring... it's either gottobe the wiring under the seat - or you do not have the plug on the back of the steering wheel airbag all the way on (common problem).

the weight sensor or airbag could be bad - just not very common...

check your work

did it never go off after you put in a new clockspring???? maybe they sold you a bad clockspring.........or your old one was ok after all. Did your radio CD, cruise control and horn stop working correctly? or maybe the connector under the seat is broken inside the plastic housing.
 
The warning light never went off, and the steering wheel controls have always worked .....
