OK, new to the forums and have read back posts but none really apply to what I have. They did help me troubleshoot though. Here is what is going on. About a year ago my compressor for the air suspension went out. I replaced it with a new one from Arnott Industries. At that same time I also replaced the relay for the pump. Everything was going great with my Nav and now all of a sudden the back is at the parked height but will not raise when the vehicle is started. By this I mean when you are driving the pump has raised the body to a level ride when you are in the vehicle, when you shut it off and get out the body lowers, then when you start it again it will run the pump and raise the suspension mine will not raise from that "off" postion. It is not squatting just sitting lower than it should. I have tested the relay it is good, I have shut off the air ride switch and the body never falls, just stays at that height. When I start the truck the compressor kicks on for about 20 sec. then shuts off for about a min and then runs again for 20 sec. shuts off for a minute again and again for about 5 times. Then the CK SUSP light comes on. Is this the height sensor, or rear selenoid? Or something else, I'm stumped. Thanks for any help the previous posts on this matter helped get me to this point, this is a great site.

Dead thread revival... There is a t-piece that is known to fail in the air lines that run to the rear of the vehicle located in the vicinity of the brake booster. A ford truck forum had lots of info on this problem.
