already over it...

Man I thought I was on the only one high on off of my LS and it looks, lol. Yep I do all of those things you guys do too.

So do I. My woman also thinks I have a problem lol. Only thing I rarely do is let someone drive my car, unless its my bro or cousin. Everyone else don't kno how to avoid manholes n sh*t like that

Just figured someone here would appreciate the manual a bit more than the average craigslist shopper. And I don't like making long posts because I'm on my phone... I figured if someone were interested they'd ask for info.

PS i also check out my reflection (the LEDs look pretty sweet no master what you guys say :p), and I do like the look of my LS but the look is only so much of the car.

WTF? driving the LS is the best part to me. Rowing those gears as I look down the hood in a corner, hearing the engine purr from 2k to 3k through the magnaflow exhaust then shift and do it all over again. It's love, exact I have a miss that feels like a coil's going out even though I just changed all the coils, but I think it's the bad spark plug I have. I bought a spark plug one but lost it.

I do love walking up to my LS and thinking that this is my car. Clean her up and she looks brand new, better then most new cars coming off the lot. I saw a brand new 2011 mustang GT 5.0, it just doesn't do it for me in the looks department, the LS looks better in every way IMO.

On another note, you have any pics of your LS?

Bought my wife an 03 LS8 3 years ago. She still loves it. I used to, but my daily driver for the last 6 months has been a '05 CTS-V. It just does everything better than the LS, and it's more comfortable.

Mmmmm I would love me some CTS-V.

I will still park the LS next to it though :]

........and for anyone who feels the LS isn't worth the troublethere will always be a faster caddy, or a better handling BMW, or a more dependable Honda, ....but there will never be another LS. We all own and try to maintain alittle piece of automotve history. The extremely short Jag/Ford relationship which helped develop a really unique sedan that I feel (based on size and performance) Lincoln has yet to replace. The MKS is nice but is so Huge. And the zephyr and MKX just dont have the same feel as the rear wheel drive LS has. We are all on this forum for the same reasons. To keep the LS' alive. This is definetly a car for the strong and the patient. You want four wheels that will never give you a problem, save gas, get you to work, and park in the garage? Get a prius. For the rest of us.....buy some coil packs, dedicate a pair of jeans you don't mind gettin grease on, and learn how to use a wrench and she'll love you as much as you love her.

I own a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder and in September I'm buying a 2010 Infiniti G37s Convertible. But the truck will have to park in the driveway cause it's only a two car garage, and the LS dosen't like the rain. (And door seal leaks alittle!)

Amen...spoken like a true Lincoln LS lover!:L

That's right. Except the prius part, that's extremely debatable. I got exactly the car I wanted, and quirkiness it fine to me. It means that my car demands some attention, I like that.

My LS is a V6 and it doesn't bother me that it isn't a v8. Its fast enough for regular driving. As far as the looks go I compare my LS to Maserati Quattroportes. Its rare to see a nice, correctly done LS and its rare to see a Maser.

I was driving my friends S500 just to look at the my LS' fat rear tires :).

I see the new ones everyday, here in Bellevue Wa. where I work. They are down on the list a ways, but still see one or two every day...maybe its the same one...:)

I'm with allot of you here, I dont know if I could sell the LS right now...unless of course I could afford an '11 Mustang GT...

I'm not a big mustang fan. Just because they are EVERYWHERE. I liked how perfect the LS's lines were/are. And the fact that it's not a complete slouch either. Handling is nice, and it's crash ratings are the highest available.
