Anti theft against Anti theft... HELP!!

could be the "coil wire" inside the steering wheel that connects the horn and cruise controls to the wiring harness...If you do a search on the forum someone had this problem in the last year and there were some very helpful posts.

That makes sense - could ground out when turning the wheel - pop goes the fuse.
