Anti theft system

I want to disable and/or disconnect the anti theft system on my 1986 Lincoln Mark VII. Don't want to remove the system - just disable or disconect it. How?

How do I go about disconnecting and/or disabling the anti theft system on my 1986 Lincoln Mark VII? Just biught the car and trying to avoid problems with the system down the road. Car is always garaged so not really worried abiut theft or breakins. Car is driven 2,3 times/month for 50 highway miles or less.
