you would need Ballasts and Ignitors to use with your stock halogen wiring.
Some ballasts have ignitors built in and some actually plug directly into the stock 9006 plug. Hella gen 3 ballasts have a 9006 connector on them aswell as the ignitors.

OEM headlights require ballasts aswell, but i think they are mounted to the headlight assembly are they not?
