You are looking at a OEM ballast for a 1997-98 Lincoln Mark VIIIs trunk deck lid neon light bar. its in good working condition, however the white wire is cut before the junction, so you would have to splice it up w/yours. Since from what i understand this is a shock sensitive item - it will be shipped well packed and insured.
