Anyone Parting out?

I decided that I will just take the compressor out of the loop for now. I know some people were asking what size belt to use to bypass the compressor. I did a lot of searching and didn't see a definitive answer so I'll figure it out and post here. I won't need A/C for another 4 months or so. In the meantime I'll save up some cash to get it replaced properly.
Good news and bad news. A 102" belt is the correct size to bypass the compressor. Unfortunately, the tensioner hangs down just enough to rub the belt. It is close enough that I almost consider just filing it down. But, that would be just about as much work as anything else. Anyone know how to just disengage the clutch in the compressor? I really don't feel like paying the money to fix it all the way right now.
