Temp installed the ASHAM in the glove box. I customized the center console to hold it but the dang cord isnt long enough so I have to buy some multi-cunductor cable to extend it.

Same as a first gen just cant mount it in the ash tray. Figuring out where to hide the module is the hardest part...... well I lie. Getting your hands under the dash to strip/hold/screw down the wires is a royal PITA. More so when you finnish and then realize you wired it backwards.

i think that the rear end it just a tad low. but very nice!!!!! love that color and wheels :D

Thanks but you think wrong. The rear wheel openings are not as high as the fronts...... like every car made.
Bill, is the rear fenders rolled on that? And what size tires front and rear? Looks nice.

Not rolled yet but I really need to. Damn rears scrape like crazy when I hit bumps at normal ride height. :(

The tires are 255/45/18 all around. Will eventually change to 245/45 front and 275/40 rear.

Did you have an old ASHAM8 laying around, or did you buy another one? Sick car, btw

Came with the car. Just needed to install it.

Pics of the center console? Im getting the asham very soon!! I'm looking for a place to mount it, I have butt warmers so putting it below the eatc will be a no go.

No pics as it aint in there yet. Still need to get some multi contuctor cable.

The pannel fits nice facing upward in the center storage but need to notch the storage bin to allow for proper fitment. After that its just a matter of making a beauty plate.

That car is really growing on me. Always liked that color and the black wheels go with it very well.

I have never seen AVON tires but they look good. All I really see wrong on the outer is the tint needs to be done again which I know you'll have done later and that rear window seal. It either hasn't gotten bad yet or you have already done as much flattening to it as you can. Looks like it's had some attention paid to it to get it as flat as possible but the car looks damn good.

Always liked the grey color and honestly, I like that one better than the white one you had. Roll those fenders before you mess up something. :p

Bill, I think I asked this question once before when it was Mark8Murder's car but was this car originally red? The only reason I say that is the red bleeding out on the front lower bumper.

Just the front bumper was replaced, obviously the previous owner before me got hosed by a body shop that just painted over a red bumper.

Can you post a pic of the changes made to the storage area? what kind of wire do you need i have many different kinds with many different numbers of strands i.e. 24/12, 18/24, 12/3 ect. ect. If you know the length I may have some scrap I could donate to the cause. Not to mention it'll help me to get supplies when I do mine.

Small AWG 12 conductor would work fine. So the 24/12 should work. I just need about 3" but since I will have to splice I would like to add 24" to it so I can put the splice in a more room friendly area.

I have to take apart the console to take pics of the mods so if I can find some wire to relocate it I will take pics when I pull it apart again.

Nothing to it really, just cutting two slots for the lower board to slide in to and a hole drilled for the wires.

Let me look at my scrap pile and see what I have it should fit in a padded envelope.
