gun show, they might have been a dealer. they ran my ID and soc # and i had to fill some paper work

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. The guy himself probably bought them in bulk from Aim Surplus or something. What I'm saying is that with a $50 license you can be that guy instead of going to a gun show to buy - but this only applies to C&R guns.
