Auxiliary Water Pump issues on Gen 1 LS V8

What does the Generator look like on the ForScan Dash board (Live Feed) Tell me percentages? they should be constantly changing depending on what you're running when the car is on...such as radio, AC, light etc. etc. etc. ??????? What brand did you put in your 1st Gen?
I had issues when I tried to go out there! My car battery is actually bad now cause it was dead when not even hooked up to the car and I had charged it earlier in the day and then left it unhooked. And then when I tried to recharge the battery again it would only hit 95% charge and the charger never would show fully charged it would only show charging. The battery was literally still charging this morning and never shows completed so I am gonna try to have my wife go to the dealership today and swap the battery out as I bought the battery last year at the Ford Dealer so it should hopefully get exchanged within warranty. Then once I get the battery back I will recheck all the codes and get you that live data of the generator. I doubt the battery is the cause of the electrical issue I am having so once I get that back I am taking it to another shop in town that is highly rated that can even flash modules and such on anything jaguar and ford that seems to know electrical a bit better. I would honestly rather not even pull out that DATC till I am 100% sure it's bad because the self-diagnostic stuff on it passed but I guess that is not always correct as some problems could slip by the self-test at least that is what I assume.

The codes you presented to us showed that there could definitely be something wrong with your battery or generator the Forscan will actually tell you if your generator has a fault or no fault ...whenever you get it sorted out hook ir up Forscan and run some readings on dash board ...good luck Dale ...and keep us posted on your findings

Here is the video that you wanted I think https://youtu.be/nBkxtgzQV8I

The new battery so far has got rid of the codes that had randomly started popping so that is a good sign. I went ahead and ordered an inside climate control unit so hopefully, that takes care of the parasitic drain.

Looks good! Your readings are showing everything is funtional

That's a relief! Hopefully, the Brand new Bosch alternator I had installed will be a good one. I just never have had great luck with rebuilt and I found a great deal on that Bosch.

Well, darn. Your battery is probably pretty weak from all the parasitic discharge. Some of those codes could really be related to that (B1446, B1676, C1095), and may go away after a while if the battery recovers.

I'm not sure why you are aiming at the PCM. Most of those codes are not related to the PCM.
Remember to not go down rabbit trails when you have the G.O.A.T like Joegr on the forum giving you the answers to your issues ...it was either a BATTERY or generator problem shooting those codes Joegr was right

I just hope the DATC is really the cause of the battery getting killed. I have an appointment on Thursday at a shop that is good with electrical issues and I still may just take the car there even if the replacement DATC fixes the issue so they can find out the cause of my last code which is p0453 and I have been chasing that one a while. I am pretty much prepared on whatever the cause of the code is though cause I have all the parts that go with the canisters and such sitting here new in a box. Letting one shop troubleshoot it the correct way and then I have a guy who can drop the gas tank on her for a reasonable price and they can change the canisters and stuff if needed.

Sounds like you have made a solid plan ..
Hopefully this will remedy your woes once and for all with that pesky fuel system problem

Got the replacement EATC/DATC (seen it called both things) unit replaced and it indeed stopped constant power to the aux water pump. The question is though does that unit need to be flashed to work properly or is it just plug and play.

Plug-n-Play, no need for flashing/programming.

Strange I just had noticed it in Forscan and under For IDS and it programmed it. Not sure if was the same old normal programming like the other modules but it was under both menus. Ford IDS did it automatically once I hit module programming.
