It's just past the catalytic converter on the drivers sides exhaust. Get under the car and you cannot miss it. It is very easy to replace.

ok because i wasnt sure, ive been reading theres 2 of them? but this is the one past the cat?

is the bank 2 downstream red or green?

nope that's the upstream one, there's another one on the other side of the cat.

My picture is confusing - since I have a wideband O2 sensor for tuning - so I have three on the one side, two upstream...

ok so i jacked up the car, and observed haha, is the bank 2 downstream the one on like the pipe between "past the cat" and the resonator?

Spray it good with PB Blaster (not wd-40) and take it out while the pipes are hot. This will help

thanks im thinkin about buy a o2 sensor socket for the wrench tomorrow, and ill try it when its warm,

ok this is an update, bought the o2 sensor socket, worked once i turned the car on for 1-2 minutes to get the cat warm, before that i couldnt get it unstuck... had to unplug the battery for 2 minutes to reset the code, CEL did not come back, knock on wood! : )
