Battery??? Need one ASAP. I have 0 Cash! :(

Does anyone local to Bristol PA 19007 or close to it have a older battery but still good they no longer need? Top post style? Mine has gone dead due to faulty alternator.. I have replace the alt with another unit but the battery has taken too much of a beating. it will no longer take a charge. i have to use a jump pack to start the car now..if you have one i could get then great if you have one to sell, I can only say I would have to pay you later for it..that's the best i can offer now.

Sorry. I'm 3000 miles away. When it rains, it pours. Try a local battery shop. They may have an old core with the ability to hold a charge that they would trade you for your dead one. They view them as cores, not potential sales dollars. Worth a try, and they would have you as a future client.

When I'm needing a cheap one I can find at a local yard for $10. Find some old sada cans and recycle them to get a few $$. Worked in the sandlot.

Search CL, some one might need help painting a fence or something. I've done a few odd jobs like that in the past.

There's a section on Craigslist called "gigs" that a lot of people miss. Click on gigs and then once there you can choose "Labor gigs". People need help all the time. My friend has gotten a few mechanic side jobs that way.
