Some shops can put it back to factory specs without them. The shop I went to said they would prefer not using the kits and almost never have to. They didn't need them on my ls when they adjusted the camber.
My shop did not need to use them on my LSE. The Eibachs have been in the car since 2004 without major problems with camber. The specs are right at the limits for camber so any deviation in toe will wear tires quickly.
