Best OBDII Scanner?

I tried doing a search here but there wasn't much current on OBDII scanners and with how fast technology changes, thought I would get some current feedback. Do any of these show all the Ford codes? What have you had good/bad luck using?

In that price range, I suspect you would do best to get Forscan and an adapter that works with that app.

Forscan may not be the best choice for me as the platform for my phone is in development(Bluetooth and WiFi adapters) and development is temporarily frozen. Anyone used any of the others?

I've been using a U480 for several years now on all my vehicles.

Forscan for laptop? I have this:

FOXWELL Nt301 Obd2 Code Scanner Universal Car Engine Diagnostic Tool Automotive Fault Code Reader CAN Obd II Eobd Scan Tool

And it does about everything I want/would expect it to do for on the fly diagnostics. ForScan will always be better (because its specialised), but this still gives a great plethora of info.
