Best Place to get Engine

I bought a motor off an Ebay store. Although a salvage yard near you would be much more cost efficient as for shipping and being able to pick it up at your own convenience.

Good luck!!! They are not cheap and its a big chore to get the old one out and the new one in. They drop it our the bottom, and I think it is a 28 hour rated job. If you get one from Ford the engine will have a 3 yr 100K mile warranty. I had mine replaced and it as much as most LS's are worth... Around $6000-7000 total... The engine is around 4500 + frt.

lowmileagemotors.com Called and priced 3 for shyts and giggles. Ranges from 1700 to 2100(not counting shipping) based on mileage. Very reasonable prices. A close friend bought a Lexus GS300 motor from them and had a GREAT experience.
You should put a Jaguar Motor! Type R!!! Is that even possible?!?!? That would be SIiiiIIIiiIiCK!!!! Lincoln LS R! W/the jag logos on grille, back and sides! Fast too!....Like I said though..... Will it fit?!?!?

Lol there are many, many threads on engine swaps. Basically, if you want to throw over 15 grand into it, it might be possible. 
As noted above, if you have enough money, anything is possible. The engine controls on the Jags are different, so you'll have to find someone who can interface the Jag engine controls with the LS's computers, or adjust the LS's PCM to deal with the Jag engine. Either way, it ain't gonna be cheap.
