Beware Of South West Lincoln Merc In Houston

I called them about a car they had advertised. I emailed them for about a week. I went over to take a look and they said "sorry that car is gone". They guy got nasty with me that is all I'll say. I was stunned.
It should not surprize me but customer service has gone to heck everywhere!

I left and drove to Helfman Ford. Those guys were so nice. Oops, long story short, I bought a car from them and at a better price also.
