I have no problem with expanding background checks. My issue is that I should be allowed to profit from a gun sale... without being considered a "dealer in firearms".
Again... I have been collecting firearms for many years. Some are rare and unusual, which increases value if another collector is interested in what I have.
There should be no penalty (tax) against me for making a profit on my investments. Especially if a background check is done (which I would expect).
