Bought my second mark viii

Actually, my girlfriend drove mine a couple times and she wanted one really bad.

So with the help of LVC and gmoney, we bought his car yesterday. Cell camera pic. Sorry. It's a 97 lsc in great shape. She's leaving it at my place so it doesnt get dinged up at her apartment.

Sweet. Thats the only other color besides black I would go with for a Gen II! Nice! AND its and LSC! :D

scorp, this is numbuh TWO. I bought the first one to replace a mark vii, and probably will get another mark vii, but it wasnt nearly as much fun as these cars.

my 93 runs better but hers rides nicer. 115k on it, no leaks, no issues other than the dreaded blend door and a ding in the passenger side door.
 
Very nice!...I'm trying to convince my wife that she needs a Mark viii also..Shes starting to weak in!! We have had our eye on Ginos wife's Mark thats for sale, But by the time she gives in, it will be gone:(
 
Wellll....

That has a brand new back window in it. Evidently the guy that did the tint heated the window too quickly and it shattered. He ended up having to buy a new one for the car back when gmoney had it.

I wish my rear window gasket looked that way. i think it's even a different material than the original one.
 
only seen one dark blue gen 2 in person (dmaup's at the christmas party) almost looks black in pics (i thought his was too) and i love the color, looks good!

I have only seen a few others like mine and yours. Kind of a rare color

BuT your window gasket looks a lot better than mine :(
 
Dark blue? Dang! I thought it was charcoal! Oh well! Still very jealous...
 
yeah i hated the color in teh pics, but now that i saw it in person i told the girl if she didn't spring for it i was going to have a second one. she loved it, so it came home.
 
Welcome to the sweet 16 club, once you buy the second one you cant help to buy more, that an awesome color to, rare and unique!
