Brakes same between Sport and Non Sport ?

I'm trying to buy brembo rotors on ebay, I won and paid, the guy said it wont fit my car though. These are only for
2000-2004 Lincoln LS non Sport
2000-2004 Jaguar S Type non Sport

And that they wont fit my LSE. I thought the only difference between sport and non sport was the shocks and sway bar. I did a little searching and it appears that the brakes are the same. He said he would send them anyways, but he said he will not accept a return from me if they dont fit. Just want to make sure I'm alright here

My understanding is that only the brake pads are different between the non-Sport and Sport/LSE. The stealership told me the Sport pads are a more aggressive material that produces more brake dust, but otherwise they are identical. Hopefully that is the case and you should be OK.
