Camera question

What kind of photos are you shooting?

I always shot film for the car shows I go to (even though I had digital cameras), because of wide angle and white balance issues, until I got the Alpha700. I'm still nervous about taking it out on the boats though, still using the Olympus the water.

Now my 35mm SLR's are collecting dust. I keep saying I've got to use them but it hasn't happened yet.

I tried out the Canon E50D a couple days ago at Best Buy. It has a 28-135mm kit lens. An awesome camera, but 1600 bucks is a little expensive for me.

But the bigger camera body felt great. And the viewfinder was SO much nicer than my Rebel XT.

Film???

Will never go back to film it is like being back living in a cave (joke to not offend anyone)

Chiseling a picture on a stone tablet

Shot film for some thirty years, ain't no big thing. But saving on film and processing cost makes it easier to buy more toys.
