Can't open the burp valve. ( on crossover)

I have the same problem, my cap would not come off, couldn't dremel (really didn't bother, I gave up on dremelling it) it so I took off both hoses from the crossover tube, filled one until it came out of the other, reconnected those two hoses. I then filled up the overflow tank and I've been driving for over a week like this, and it will get toward the 'o' when stuck in traffic, but fine otherwise. I will look into the heater core hose on my 93 and see if I can't do it there as well, thanks!

I ended up having to use jb putty to cover the old cap because it was leaking.

i checked mine and it was ok then the next day when i went to do the oil adapter gasket i couldn't get the damn thing off. just welded a nut to it and viola! no problems anymore
