i have an 03 ls v8.
it has 207 000kms on it, has the nav system...
needs a new rear bumper cover, front suspension work and the tranny is shifting hard but it always has. got new plugs and such replaced last week and getting a new gasket in 2 weeks.

just wondering if i wanted to sell the car after the new gasket goes in, in a couples weeks what itd be worth or what i could get for it as is??

It's worth a whole lot less than car payments. Unless you're spending the same to repair per month as a payment, you're money ahead by keeping it.

except for the fact that it wont get any better...
its a trade off... make "payments"on repairs or payments on a car and not have to repair it...for awhile

i say this because i will be fixing small things to keep it goin but when that tranny goes its not worth fixing on a car this old with that many kms, in my opinion... would like to go to a sport ute or pickup...more practical because i have a bass boat to pull and 2 boxers to put in the back

Depends on where you live. Sell it based on more than just an estimate you're going to see here.

It also depends on how well its been taken care of.

Ive seen 03's that have been beat to hell and back and others than look as new as mine.

Honestly, and not being a smarta**, you'll only get what a buyer will end up paying for it. I have a "great" example of a 2000 model(Sport) with all of the normal bells and whistles we all see on this site. My car has 202,000 miles on it and honestly, if someone gave me $3500 as it sits(with bells and whistles) I would sell it. I just happen to like the car and it's not for sale. LOL.

But seriously, it's a buyer's market in this economy so put a bit of your pride aside if you are trying to make a quick sale. Check bluebook prices and set your price according to what your pockets will bear. GLWS!!!!!
