As for the code 63. Another post was sayin code 63 on the ford cd manual.

From my Ford CD manual:
63
No pump motor speed sensor signal during initial check at 31 km/h (19mph), wire harness or damaged anti-lock brake control module.

That is where the relay is bolted to. Mine did the same as yours, at about 20 MPH both ABS and TC lights would light and stay lit, when I finally took the liner out of the driver's side wheel well and to the left the connector wasn't plugged into the relay. I cleaned both connectors up and plugged it in and it's been trouble free, I still say probably the relay.

Theres been a few times where the light hasnt come on. And untill i spin the tires does it turn on.

But as for the relays gos. and that pump sensor . I might just unhook it from the transmission and clean it up. And the relays under the wheel wells, did you only have to clean the one on the drivers side and it was working properly. and how did you test it after to see if the light would stay off? Did you just run the self test for codes? or when it was all cleaned up just hook it back up and drive it around to see if the light came on?

When I saw the ABS relay was disconnected I didn't bother with the one on the passenger side (if it's not broke, don't try to fix it), just cleaned both connectors and drove it and the lights haven't come on and it's been a couple of months.
