In my case, the buttons were fine. It was the dash trim that cracked. I have a perfectly good extra set of buttons now too.

No the tabs aren't broken....its the damn louvre receiving end that always crumbles. Bill just bought one, I got one left.

the part number you are referring to is 1W4Z 19893-BAA louvre assembly. And the best place to get one is Ebay. Find a listing for a parted out LS and ask the seller if they still have it.
Most people will sell it for $50. Getting it at an online retailer the cheapest I've seen it is like $150.
