Climate control unit

Does anyone have a climate control unit for sale. My sis's fell out and the warranty wont cover it for some odd reason (premium care warranty). The wires got pulled out cause it was hangin there.


Any ideas besides soldering the wires back on. Man that would be a pain in the A$$
