I know that Fords are cold vehicles, but damn, I started my car this morning at 7:35. I left at 7:50 and the temperature gage needle wasn't even near the "n" for normal. After 15 minutes it didn't move far. Then after about 10 minutes of driving it had finally move to the "o". What's with this car?????

Sounds like someone removed the thermostat to get it to run cooler
or it had a prior overheat condition ---
can also be stuck wide open -- Replace with a 195 Deg unit
( Motorcraft or Stant ) and your temps should be back to
normal -- your gauge / sender could be
bad but its not a common problem for what you are describing --
