So I took the Mark to my local Spring shop for the front spring conversion and they put in springs from a T-Bird..front rides fine but now the compressor wont come on to pump up the rears??? Is there anything that they didnt do that they should have to get it to come back on?? or something they did that they shouldnt have?? It bounces and hits like a mofo out back and sits on the ground....Thanks

That's because the compressor lifts the front first, and since it didn't see it move it never even thinks about the rear. Some people have gotten around this. Not sure how though

i ran front spring and rear air for awhile. iirc i had to mess with the position of the front height sensors.

If you have access to a Star II tester hook it to the susp plug and set the front sensors to a constant tone and lock em like that...

In Feb 09 I had the front springs installed. I left the compressor and it lifted the rear bags fine. They didnt move the height sensors. It worked until the rears wouldnt life anymore. Maybe your compressor relay is dead?

my 94 has front springs and back air i got the car from cheez94 he did the work but the back has both air lines ran to a tee then ran back and mounted just like air shocks. air compressor is not in use

i think thats why my rear end stopped going up..the comp was fine. So i just put in the rear springs i was to lazy to install.

is the rear leaking? if they have been leaking they yes your compressor or the relay could be dead

That's a great answer to this common question, a fast easy fix.

You could also connect switches to control the remaining air springs manually, but that's a little more work.:)

I dont remember. All I remember is one day the rear bags wouldn't rise anymore. So I put on rear shocks all is fine now
