Confusing Leak

Hello my name is Max and I just joined this forum. I am currently driving a 1998 Lincoln Town Car. If this issue has already been posted just tell me where to go or show me. When it rains the foot well on the right rear passenger side gets wet and I have to go through a big roll of paper towels to soak it up, I have no idea where its leaking from, the weather stripping still looks good, and its only the footwell that gets wet. The Car only has 43,000 mi on it, and I just went out there to double check and the front passenger foot well it wet too. If this car has been in an accident in the past would improper body repair cause a small leak somewhere?

Check for clogs where air enters the car on the right Side below
the windshield there is a drain hole that needs to be clear
This is my best guess

You have to remove the windshield wipers, remove the cowl, and replace the rotted foam gasket on the airbox that is on the passengers side. Use the rtv silicone and it won't leak again. Its leaking through the airbox.

Why don't you be a nice, prober n00b and use the search function? I see V already spoon fed you, but in the future, before you post about a "problem" you may be experiencing, be a good little n00b and search the forums first.
