The exhaust needs to be equalized so you dont want to cut the "H" out of your exhaust. PLEASE someone correct me if im wrong

the exhaust doesn't have to have the h crossover pipe but it is supposed to help scavenging.

I have run other v6's with out an h-pipe crossover and they all were okay.

If it was up to me I would buy an X crossover and weld that in where the resonators and crossover was.

Well in the worst case it does nothing but change the sound of the exhaust.

But if the angles and sizing of the x-crossover section is done right each exhaust pulse is split and travels down both pipes. This is supposed to create more scavenging in the exhaust and provide a throatier exhaust note.

I did mine about a year ago. The only problem with mine is that ever since it was done theres been a ticking coming from the exhaust, its like theres some metal stuck in the exhaust. But they took out the H pipe and said I would be fine I kept telling them to put an X pipe in but they said this would sound better. I love the noise at WOT only f I could get rid of the ticking sound I would be fine

i finally got an intake on, didnt think it would make such a big difference

my intake made a HUGE difference, i can hear my car at idle now, im doing the resonator delete this weekend thanks to you sir!
