Yes, just wiggle it back and forth, try a small squirt of pb blaster, and gently pry up using the straight bottom side of the forward running pipes...don't pry too close to the bend where it goes down to the heads, it's weaker there and you can puncture it
you will HAVE to replace the orings, I suggest replacing all 3 while it's out. The 3rd is in the sleeve that connects both pieces of crossover together
